Raspberry & Marshmallow Herbal Tea

INGREDIENTS
60g (4 tablespoons) - Blessed Thistle (Cnicus Benedictus)
60g (4 tablespoons) - Raspberry Leaves (Rubus Idaeus)
60g (4 tablespoons) - Marshmallow Root (Althaea Officinalis)
1 pint - Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all of the herbs together.
Add 2 tablespoons of the mixed herbs to 1 pint of cold water.
Leave to steep for 4 - 6 hours.
Strain the liquid.
Bottle and store in a cool place
DOSAGE
Take 3 cups per day or as needed.
